Most orders ship 2-5 day USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I try to mail out packages within 24 hours of receiving payment, but please allow an extra day or two for unexpected circumstances. 

If you would like to add insurance to an order please contact me BEFORE purchasing so I can add insurance for you.
International buyers are responsible for all customs/duty fees on their packages.

Insurance is not included with international orders.

If you would like insurance please contact me so I can adjust the price accordingly. IMPORTANT!

I am no longer able to replace or refund missing or damaged international packages. If you would like your items protected you MUST purchase insurance and tracking on them before purchasing.

Please contact me for specific details if you are interested in having your items insured. 

I am always happy to accommodate gift giving! If you are purchasing as a gift just let me know and I will wrap your item accordingly and make sure to leave the receipt out of the package. I would also be happy to add a little note or card in the package with a message of your choice.

If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase please contact me and I will issue a refund for the full amount of your item less shipping. Buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs and item must be returned in the same condition it left in. Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving. *Large orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for return*
